Fees


  • Event Entry: $2 Per Person (Children under 3 are free)
  • Food Trucks: $100 (26' x 15')
  • Vendors: $50 (15' x 15')
  • Vehicles (Cars and Trucks): $15 Pre-Event, $20 Day-of-Event
  • Motorcycles: $10 Pre-Event, $15 Day-of-Event

Rules

  • Registered cars will be allowed access from 3:45pm to 4:45pm. No entry or registration for registered cars after 4:45pm. Registered cars must be ready by 5:00pm. Registered cars may not exit the show prior to 8:00pm.
  • You are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and umbrellas.
  • Fire extinguishers are mandatory for all vehicles.
  • No outside food or beverage will be allowed as this is a fundraising event for the United Way of Indian River County.
  • Best in Show Vehicle as well as Best in Show Motorcycle will receive corresponding awards. Awards will be announced at 7:00pm. Registrants must be present to win awards. Best in Show Vehicle includes both trucks and cars.
